Dieting for Hair Growth

The most important factor in keeping your hair healthy is dietary. You have to eat foods packed with nutrients for your hair to grow longer and stronger. The lack of vitamins and minerals in our diets has serious implications.

The deficit of nutrients can cause hair thinning, balding, and sudden hair fallout. However, it is opposite is also true. Those without dietary deficits can have longer, fuller hair or faster hair growth. Thus, there is some good news.
