People on weight loss programs often focus so much on losing weight that they forget an important aspect of staying healthy that is, providing nutrition to the body.

If you are on a weight loss program, you should follow the important diet tips given here. Mexican pharmacy viagra – cheap viagra, cialis, levitra, soma, human growth hormone online.

Include A Lot Of Vegetables And Fruits In Your Diet

Vegetables and fruits are a good source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. They are low in calories and high in fiber. Therefore, you should include plenty of vegetables and fruits, of varying colors, in your diet. This will help you to lose weight faster and also keep you full.

Avoid Empty Calories

Empty calories refer to food items that are high in calories but low in nutrition. Some examples of such food items are aerated drinks, French fries, cookies, white bread and so forth. These food items are not useful for the body. They make the digestive system sluggish and inefficient. It is best for a person to refrain from consuming these food items irrespective of whether he or she is trying to lose weight or not.

Have Small Meals At Regular Intervals

Instead of having three big meals a day, you should eat five to six small meals at small intervals of three to four hours. Eating small meals helps in improving metabolism. It also helps in easy digestion and maintaining uniform energy level throughout the day. You should include a variety of foods in your meals so that your body gets proper nutrition. For example, if you have a sandwich, which is high in carbohydrates, for breakfast, you should have fruits and nuts in between breakfast and lunch, and tofu or lean meat, which are high in proteins, for lunch. In this manner, your body will get all the essential nutrients, minerals and vitamins.

Never Skip Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You should never skip it; otherwise you will tend to consume high calorie foods during the later part of the day. A wholesome and healthy breakfast is essential for good health.

Read Food Labels

Before buying any packaged or processed food, you should read its label. Check the nutrition facts. Learn to interpret the information on food labels to avoid falling prey to marketing gimmicks. For example, a low-fat food or a low-sugar food does not necessarily mean the food is low in calories.

Do Not Completely Eliminate Carbohydrates From Your Diet

Many people on weight loss programs make the mistake of avoiding carbohydrates all together. Carbohydrates are a good source of energy. A well balanced diet should contain around 40 percent of carbohydrates. For your daily carbohydrate requirement, you should choose whole grains, vegetables, and fruits.

Drink Plenty Of Water

Water helps the body in transportation and assimilation of nutrients. You should consume at least eight glasses of water everyday. That will not only help your body absorb nutrients and eliminate toxins, but will also help you feel full.

It is best to seek advice of a dietician or a nutrition consultant before starting a weight loss program. They will be able to chart a diet plan for you so that you can lose weight without compromising on nutrition.

Stop Having Panic Attacks

Stop having panic attacks and start living was the best piece of advice I got. It meant, yes, there is a cure, you do not have to live like this for ever. Thousands of people all around the world suffer from anxiety attacks and are not aware there is a cure and that lots of people have the same problem.

Hi, my name is Cindy and having panic attacks was a major part of my life for 3 years. Fortunately that is in the past and I want to share with you how I got control back again.

Very early on I decided that I was not going to have my life changed dramatically because of anxiety attacks that sent shock waves of panic through my body. You will understand what I mean by the blind panic of having your body going into overdrive, heart pounding, sweating, head aching and feeling like you cannot breathe.

It all changed when I stopped worrying about what might happen (and that took awhile until I learnt an easy technique) and I decided to be in charge of the anxiety attacks. If I could not stop them at least I would dictate what would happen and only allow them to occur for a very short time.

It was getting rid of the feeling that it was happening to me and I could do nothing to stop it that made me feel much better.

Having the attitude that if a panic attack happened, I would survive because I was more powerful lead to me worrying less about what might happen. Because I knew what would happen. I would be OK.

The mind is so powerful and can make our bodies do remarkable things, but it can also let us believe some very scary things. Taking small steps can stop attacks. The funny thing is if you tell yourself to have a panic attack, you normally cannot, but if you tell yourself not to have an attack you will still have one.

That is the secret, learn how to break the cycle of constant worry about having another attack and do not try to avoid a panic attack, just make sure you control what happens when you have one, if for example you break into a sweat go with it, even encourage your body to sweat more. The result will amaze you. You will feel in control for the first time.

Stress May Increase Susceptibility to Infections

Thursday, May 27th, 2010 No Commented

When attacked by bacteria or viruses, the healthy body mobilizes its navy, air force, army, and marines so quickly that no infection occurs. These armed forces consist of lymph cells, white blood cells, antibodies, or globulins, which are ineffective without a co-worker, the complement. The viruses, and their toxins by engulfing and digesting them with the aid of enzymes or by combining with them, causing them to settle out, or by other means. An adequate diet can quickly increase all of these defenses even after an infection gets a foothold provided various nutrients are given in generous amounts the minute the first symptoms appear. The body’s armed forces are identical regardless of the location of the infection or the types of viruses or bacteria involved. Because a physician is rarely consulted until illness is advanced, each individual should know the immediate steps to take to fight an infection.

The Effect of Stress

The adrenal hormone DOC is so completely held in check by the excessive amounts of cortisone produced during stress that the body often cannot protect itself and infections may become rampant, as they frequently do when cortisone medication is given. If the adrenals are too exhausted to produce an adequate amount of cortisone, however, DOC is not sufficiently held in check, and lymph glands, such as the tonsils and adenoids, become enlarged; the white blood count soars; and inflammation at the point of the infection is marked by redness, swelling, pain, and fever. When one is under stress, therefore, whether too much or too little cortisone is being produced, the body becomes susceptible to infections.

During most infections, too little aldosterone can be produced, sodium is lost from the body, cells become more permeable, or sieve like, and water accumulates in the inflamed area, increasing the swelling and pain. After the blood sodium has thus been replaced, swelling often goes down in a few moments and other symptoms disappear.

The lymph glands produce antibodies to fight infections. If cortisone is being synthesized normally, the proteins in these glands are broken down and the glands shrivel during the stresses that have preceded and are imposed by the bacterial or viral attack. Swollen lymph glands, such as those under the chin and behind the ears, or enlarged tonsils or adenoids always show that cortisone is not being produced in adequate amounts. Although the swollen glands are trying to fight the infection, the defense mechanisms are weak at the very time they are needed most. To recover from an infection, therefore, the first step must be to stimulate adrenal function.

Since pantothenic acid is essential for cortisone production, low resistance to spontaneous infections is the first sign of an under supply of pantothenic acids Infections appear long before other deficiency symptoms can be detected and more quickly than if any other nutrient were missing.’ Animals even mildly deficient in pantothenic acid or vitamin B6 show an immediate marked reduction in antibodies, complement, and white blood cells; and if “vaccinated,” immunity is not increased. Some strains of rats-and also certain families or individuals–require many times more pantothenic acid than others and are far more harmed by a deficiency.
Flomax in Mexico
In volunteers lacking pantothenic acid and vitamin B6, so few antibodies and white blood cells could be produced that they had continuous infections, particularly sore throats, or acute pharyngitis; and when vaccinated for tetanus, typhoid, and polio, showed no increase in antibody production. When stress has not harmed the adrenal or lymph glands too severely, giving 40 milligrams of vitamin B6 to persons with infections increased both the white blood count and the antibody production within three hours. Recovery was slow, however, even when such huge amounts as 4,000 and 600 milligrams of pantothenic acid and vitamin B6 respectively were given daily to volunteers who had been deficient in these vitamins for several weeks. In fact, 17 out of 18 patients lacking vitamin B6 showed an “absolute decrease” in white blood cells in five days.

A diet under supplied with vitamins B1, B2, folic acid, biotin, or niacin inhibits the production of antibodies, white blood cells, and the complement, though less severely than when pantothenic acid or vitamin B6 is limited. A lack of any of these vitamins also prevents the body’s defenses from being stimulated when antitoxins and other forms of immunization are given.

Panic and Anxiety Disorder

Anxiety and panic disorder had a hold on my life for more than 5 years and the things most people wouldn’t think twice about were making me extremely fearful of contemplating.

My attacks were all related to traveling, usually when I was driving. It never used to be a problem and I could drive feeling normal, then slowly the panic disorder symptoms started to appear, especially on long journeys. The trip would start and straight away the panic would set in, centered around what might go wrong. What if I got stuck in a traffic jam or even at traffic lights? What if I had an accident with no one around to help me? The weather might turn against me or I might be stuck on a bridge. Situations that I used to take in my stride were now gripping me with fear resulting in a tight chest, sweating and gasping for breath, which led to regular panic and anxiety disorder attacks.

Long journeys by car were now out of the question and using buses or trains gave me the same problems, so this meant family holidays almost stopped. The trips always brought on intense fear and numerous attacks, so this put huge pressure on our relationship.

Everything the doctors suggested was having no effective results and other treatments weren’t working, but I knew I had to find an answer before my marriage suffered anymore and my condition stopped me from going outside.

Online I found yet another cure that promised the answer, so I thought why not give it a try and see what happens, but was by no means convinced. How wrong could I have been, this was a simple, easy to understand treatment that produced instant benefits.

I began doing different types of journeys using the technique and as I completed more I learned how to deal with each situation and the attacks began to stop. I started driving on my own again, managing longer trips each time, traveling on trains and buses was now OK and the greatest achievement was flying off for a family holiday for the 1st time in ages. Anxiety therapy has given me my life back and I’m taking every opportunity to make the most of it.

Finally I have a panic attacks treatment that actually works and lets me live a normal life again. My last attack was a long time ago and the panic and anxiety disorder that used to be brought on from driving and traveling is now a thing of the past.

    Quitting Smoking

Smoking is More than Just A Physical Addiction

During this day in age, it is no surprise: smoking kills. One in two lifelong smokers will die from this detrimental habit, but yet they continue to smoke. Why? Is death not great enough of a deterrence? Most smokers assume that they cannot quit only because of the physical addiction [to nicotine], but in all actuality, this type of addiction is just the tip of the iceberg. Smokers need to understand that it is actually the psychological addiction that is preventing them from quitting, and it is deeply integrated into their daily routine. Once this is understood, they can learn the necessary steps and obtain the necessary tools to quit for good.

    How Strong is Psychological Addiction?

Believe it or not, nicotine addiction is only 25 percent physical and 75 percent psychological. Nicotine withdrawal symptoms only last for about three minutes. The other irritable feelings (anxiety, grief, depression, etc.) a smoker will endure while trying to quit are directly related to psychological addiction.

Why is Psychological Addiction so Strong?

The psychological addiction is so strong because smoking becomes a major aspect of a smoker’s life. It constitutes a major part of their daily routine, becoming almost ritualistic in nature. They fire up a cigarette when they wake up, while driving or waiting at a traffic light, after eating a meal, while sipping a cup of coffee, while talking on the phone, or during a night out socializing and drinking. These daily activities are called “triggers” and they are directly linked to psychological addiction.

    How to Overcome Psychological Addiction

Eliminating these triggers listed above is based mainly upon behavior therapy, or behavior modification. This type of psychotherapy primarily focuses on changing learned, maladaptive behaviors into adaptive ones.

Because most smokers light up a cigarette without thinking, information will not act as a deterrent. In order to sever the learned, but yet subconscious link between smoking and specific daily triggers, they need to follow the steps listed below.

    Step 1: Identification

The first step in changing your smoking routine is to identify the triggers that are unique to you. Write down all of the following triggers below that apply to you specifically and add any additional ones you can think of:

    • After Waking Up
    • After Eating a Meal
    • After a Snack
    • While Drinking Coffee
    • While Talking on the Phone
    • While Driving
    • While Drinking Beer or Wine
    • When You are with Other Smokers
    • While Waiting in Line
    • After an Argument
    • While Watching TV
    • While Playing Cards
    • While on the Computer
    • While Reading a Book
    • During Break Time at Work
    • While Anxious, Depressed, or Stressed
    • While doing Homework or Deskwork
    • Before Going to Bed

Step 2: Unlearning the Behavior: Avoidance & Replacement

During the first few days of quitting, the hardest ones, try and avoid as many triggers as you can altogether. If you only smoke while talking on the phone, for example, try emailing your friends or communicating with them through Facebook or twitter.

However, as you will discover, some triggers you cannot avoid. For these triggers, you will need to learn how to replace the maladaptive behavior (smoking) with something else– much healthier. For example, if you smoke while driving, leave your cigarettes at home and bring along a snack. Trail mix and sunflower work especially well because you consume them bit by bit over a period of time–just like you smoke.

Some healthy, replacement behaviors will work for multiple triggers, but for others you will need something entirely different. Just be creative. If you have an urge and do not think you can endure it, just take a deep breath, relax and give it some time. Remember, over time they will gradually become less intense and they will eventually no longer bother you.

Lastly, and most importantly, increase your chances of quitting by employing the steps above in combination with a treatment plan. The time to quit is now! Click the link below to discover the most effective treatment plans as well as the unimaginable dangers of smoking!

    Panic Attacks Problems

Friday, May 21st, 2010 No Commented
    Under: Anxiety

Are you struggling with panic attacks and general anxiety? Are you trying to find a solution that is easy to implement without resorting to drugs and long term therapy? Read on as I am giving you five steps you can action to help stop panic attacks. I shall also give you examples from my own experience. Some of these steps are pretty obvious when you see them written in front of you but are often overlooked as they seem either trivial or involve discipline. The good thing is you can start immediately and get results very quickly.

    1) The first step I want you to take to stop panic attacks is: make sure you eat regular meals. By eating regular meals you maintain a constant blood sugar level rather than yo-yoing from manic to exhausted. Food intake helps to settle you down also.

I play in one very high pressure golf tournament every year. I can get quite nervous prior to teeing off. I have noticed a huge difference between eating breakfast before the morning round and going out on an empty stomach. Breakfast totally settled my nerves and I felt a lot more able to focus on the game in hand.

    2) Cut out caffeine. This is quite tricky as many people love a cup of coffee to get them going. I am no exception. However coffee is a very powerful stimulant ( try some Turkish coffee if you don’t believe me! ) and too much of it can make you irritable and nervy. Not how we want to be when we are trying to stop panic attacks.

    3) Take regular exercise. Not always easy to fit into a busy modern schedule but very important. Exercise decreases the stress hormones such as cortisol and increases endorphins. Endorphins are the body’s natural feel good chemicals, and when they are released through exercise, your mood is boosted naturally. As well endorphins, exercise also releases adrenaline, serotonin, and dopamine. These chemicals work together to make you feel good.

You don’t have to commit to a huge workout. 15 to 20 minutes of running hard enough to bring out a sweat is fine. Do that four or five times a week and you will really notice the difference. I have got so excited about it I am going to run the marathon in London next year!

    4) Take your sleep seriously. Good sleep and plenty of it does wonders for mood and can help with a positive attitude. The three steps above will all help you sleep better. There is nothing worse than having to drag yourself around just trying to get through the day because you are exhausted. Fatigue leads to stress and worry as you don’t get the tasks done that you would normally. You then find yourself fighting against the clock and low and behold you start to feel anxious and panicky, just the state we are trying to avoid. Remember, we are trying to stop panic attacks, not encourage them! This leads into:

    5) Organise your day and avoid the stressful situation above. Write down your plan for the day, including everything you want to get done. The more you do this the more you will be aware of the time it takes to do certain tasks. You will then be able to set sensible goals for the day, rather than goals that just can’t be achieved.
Regular meals, caffeine reduction, regular exercise, proper sleep and good organisation. Accommodate these five steps and you will see a big change in your state of mind. If all five steps are too daunting take on one step at a time. Once that step has become part of your routine add another one. These steps will help you to stop your panic attacks without having to resort to drugs and long term therapy.

    Male Yeast Infection Problem

The male yeast infection is often overlooked when one talks about yeast infections. Most guidance is catered towards females but men do get them and they are just as serious if not more so. This article explains the causes and symptoms of them.

The male yeast problem is something that often isn’t discovered and many men go through their entire life without ever knowing they have a yeast problem. This is because it can be extremely difficult to detect and a man will not become aware that there is a Candida problem until it affects other problems of with their health and well being.

The most common scenario for a penis yeast problem is that a man will be informed by their partner that they have a yeast problem and that they should get checked out too or take anti-fungal medication to be safe. Most men are recommended to take the medication because otherwise the infection is often likely to be transferred back to the women who then will have a recurring yeast infection.

The problem with contracting a vaginal yeast infection is that the male urethra is very exposed during sex. The yeast problem can travel up the urethral canal and make home in the prostate. Prostate cancer and prostate problems have been on the rise over recent years and many men suffer from them in later life. Untreated/undetected yeast infections could be a contributory factor to this.

In some cases, if you are lucky, a male yeast infection can be noticed. This is usually by dry cracked skin on the penis. When the man has an erection the cracked skin can be extremely painful.

The most common symptoms for men and boys when it comes to yeast are digestive problems. Males usually experience constipation, bad breath, indigestion, bloating, sexual dysfunction, irritability, mood swings, lack of energy, frequent diarrhea, jock itch, dry flaky skin, prostate problems. If you experience any of these symptoms or a few it is important that you get checked out by a Doctor.

Men can get yeast problems from sex (as discussed above), too much fat in the diet, alcohol, antibiotics and a weakened immune system. If you have a diet high in fat then it is a good idea to cut the fat from your diet asap. A low fat diet is beneficially not only in overcoming yeast problems but is much better for health in general.

    A Guide For Allergy Sufferers

Wednesday, May 19th, 2010 No Commented
    Under: Allergies

Mold: The Pervasive Fungus Among Us
As a relative of mushrooms and yeast, mold serves nature well by decomposing dead organic matter like leaves and wood. However, when mold grows in your home, its powerful enzymes eat through wallpaper, wood, and other materials. Scientists have identified over 200,000 species of mold, and they continue to find more.

Mold reproduces with mold spores, which are like microscopic seeds. At about three microns in size, mold spores are invisible to the human eye. For comparison, the period at the end of this sentence is roughly 300 microns in size – that’s 100 times larger than the typical mold spore! Not only are they invisible, but mold spores are virtually indestructible, and many species release chemical toxins (mycotoxins) into the air as a self-defense mechanism. The more you learn about mold spores, the more they sound like extraterrestrial invaders in a sci-fi flick.

    Mold & Your Health
In 2006, a University of Cincinnati study found that infants who were exposed to airborne mold spores were more likely to develop allergies to mold, pollen, dust mites, pet dander, and certain foods as they grew older. Tina Reponen, author of the study, says, “It turns out that the health effects of airborne fungal spores are more complicated than we thought.”

Over 80% of allergy sufferers are sensitive to mold spores, and a 1999 Mayo Clinic study discovered allergenic fungal sinusitis among 93% of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS). Like other allergens, mold can cause sneezing, chronic cough, runny nose, congestion, itchy and watery eyes, skin rashes, sinus headaches, and respiratory problems.

But you don’t have to be an allergic individual for mold to adversely affect your health. Mold can also act as an infectious agent, like bacteria and viruses. Additionally, some species of mold produce chemical toxins called mycotoxins. Stachybotys (pronounced “stack-ee-BOT-ris”), also known as black mold, is the most common and dangerous species of toxic mold. Symptoms of toxic mold exposure may include memory loss and other cognitive disorders, nose bleeds, dizziness, nausea, anemia, difficulty breathing, and death.

    How to Prevent Mold Growth
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) estimates that half of all U.S. buildings contain areas damp enough for mold growth.

Your Home + Moisture = Mold Growth

It’s as simple as 1 + 1. If there’s not enough moisture in the air, then mold cannot grow. Therefore, if you suffer from mold allergies (or if you don’t want mold to decompose your home), you must monitor your relative humidity with a humidity gauge and use a dehumidifier to to remove excess moisture. Keep your relative humidity below 50 percent to prevent mold growth.

Mold flourishes on your bedding, feeding off moisture from your body. Sleep on allergy relief bedding that prevents the growth of mold and other microorganisms to avoid breathing in allergens while you’re sleeping.

Specialized cleaning products can both clean and also prevent mold growth on surfaces like tile, shower doors, furniture, mattresses, wallpaper, ceilings, walls, and many more. Finally, if your home experiences water damage from a leak or flood, be sure to dry out all damp materials within 24 – 48 hours.

Modern houses and apartments are sealed up tightly for energy efficiency; however, those tight seals trap allergens and pollutants inside your home. Air out your home as much as possible and use air purifiers to remove mold spores and other allergens from the air. Hidden mold often grows inside HVAC systems. An allergy relief vent filter will trap mold spores before they have a chance to enter your lungs.

For allergy sufferers, frequent cleaning can transform misery into relief. While dead human skin makes up the majority of household dust, mold spores are present in dust as well. Vacuum thoroughly and regularly with a HEPA vacuum cleaner to remove mold spores from your carpet.

According to the EPA, if you find a mold colony that’s 10 square feet or smaller, you should be able to handle the cleanup job yourself. Scrub the mold off hard surfaces with water and a specialized cleaning product. But be careful! Cleaning mold releases spores into the air, so if you are sensitive to mold, you’ll need to wear goggles, gloves, and an allergy mask for protection. Make sure the area is well ventilated, and wash all supplies and clothing after cleaning.

If you suspect that the mold may be releasing toxic chemicals or if the mold colony is larger than 10 square feet, you should consider hiring a mold remediation professional.

The Important Minerals in the Foods You Eat

Tuesday, May 18th, 2010 No Commented
    Under: Nutrition

There are plenty of minerals your parents and doctors have no doubt encouraged you to consume over the years. Our bodies cannot be healthy without them. But what are these minerals exactly? What do they do for your system, and which foods carry which minerals? Knowing more about such bodily essentials should help you make better dietary decisions. For example, potassium rich foods ought to be on the meal plan day in and day out. The same is true for foods with calcium, iron, zinc, etc.

Potassium is one of the most important minerals for keeping your muscles healthy and strong. It works to provide the working energy for your brain, heart and kidneys so that you do not develop fatigue, get forgetful or experience a number of other displeasing side effects. Not consuming enough foods rich in potassium is a mistake one cannot afford to make. Some of the best potassium rich foods to include in your diet are potatoes, melons, kiwis, bananas, spinach, tomatoes and avocados.

Many know that calcium helps strengthen the bones, and that it comes in the form of milk and other dairy products. In fact, it helps build the bones nice and strong until the individual reaches his or her mid-twenties. Afterward, calcium helps preserve that strength. Osteoporosis can set in if one does not get adequate amounts of calcium. This condition is actually simply having holes in your bones. In essence, bones can become brittle and easily broken. Teeth, too, have a tendency to fall out more easily.

Iron can be found in abundance in foods such as meat, eggs and fish. This important mineral helps the oxygen you breathe in to get transported to all the important organs via the bloodstream. Blood disorders can come as a result of too little iron. And then there is zinc. Kids especially need to have healthy doses of zinc regularly, as it helps strengthen the body’s immune system. Zinc helps you fight off the cold and flu, keeping you in tip top shape.

As you can see, there are so many minerals that aid your body in its growth and development, and then keep it strong over the years. Knowing how to get more of these minerals is key to having excellent health. So do not stop here. Get online, do some extra research and find out which minerals you may be lacking in. Then go to your local grocery and pick up foods rich in those specific minerals. It is not too hard of a process, especially if you value your personal health.

    Type 2 Diabetes and You

Type 2 diabetics can develop a host of oral health issues if steps are not taken to prevent them. Periodontal or gum disease is a common complication of type 2 diabetes, as high blood sugar levels raise the risk of developing this problem, and the problem in turn often raises blood sugar levels. Glucose is excreted into your saliva when your blood sugar level is high… this may contribute further to you having cavities. You can develop tooth decay from these high blood sugar levels, not because you eat too many sweet foods.

Fortunately, preventing periodontal disease can be fairly easy with good oral care.

Dry mouth is another common side effect of diabetes and can be supremely annoying, especially at night. It can also promote tooth decay, as the lack of saliva leaves your teeth unprotected from acids and bacteria, which would otherwise be diluted. A humidifier can help at night, as can cutting out caffeine, alcohol and tobacco in the hours leading up to bedtime. During the day you can sip water or sugarless drinks to keep your mouth from feeling dry.

Hard candy or chewing gum sweetened with xylitol can also decrease dry mouth. Xylitol is a type of carbohydrate that will not be broken down completely by your body, and thus has little to no effect on your blood sugar levels. Xylitol can also decrease plaque on your teeth, meaning better oral health and less risk of periodontal disease. Some studies show that Xylitol actually increases bone density and promotes collagen growth, leading to better jaw and teeth health.

Sugar-free chewing gum is also a good way to promote dental health without increasing blood sugar, and can increase saliva in your mouth as well. Chewing gums containing magnolia bark can also help eliminate bad breath provided the gum is chewed for at least five minutes. Diabetics often have a sharp smell to their breath that is difficult to mask.

Sugar free candy containing licorice root can kill bacteria that causes tooth decay without adversely affecting blood sugar levels. So can certain beverages, such as oolong tea or cranberry juice; reducing acid as well as making it harder for unattached bacteria to stick to plaque already present in your mouth. Cranberry juice should be drunk in very small servings as the natural sugar can cause a spike in your blood sugar levels.

Its also wise for type 2 diabetes to see their dentist regularly… also ask for advice about your dental hygiene so you can minimize any risk of damage. Don’t forget to tell your dentist you have type 2 diabetes.
